MO ACTS (Missouri’s Advanced Contact Tracing System) is a centralized contact tracing system shared between the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) and Local Public Health Agencies (LPHAs).

Click the MO ACTS logo above to log in to the system. If you need help, check out the log in resources below.

The goal is to provide LPHAs with a platform that will allow them to more easily track and manage cases, and provide critical and potentially lifesaving information to Missourians.

MO ACTS reduces the need for manual processes, eliminates duplicate contacts, and shares critical information between agencies.

Contact Tracers are onboarded to the MO ACTS platform daily after completing their training (self-guided or instructor-supported), with a focus on setting up our largest jurisdictions across the state first.

As new versions of MO ACTS are released, check out the release notes and recent news for a list of new functionality.

If you get stuck or need to reset a password can contact the EpiTrax/MO ACTS Helpdesk at (573) 526-9533 or moacts@health.mo.gov.

Documentation will be updated to reflect current best practices and scheduled upgrades to MO ACTS.
